Waves, A Poem

Out in the middle of the ocean

the flow and ebb,

moves my body.

As other waves try to catch the one in front,

I stay content.

Becoming part of the waves,

The feeling of acceptance rushes into

my veins.

Worries blend into the vast waters

drowning anxieties and attaching on an

anchor.

An anchor for anxieties to be

weighed down where

It finally rests peacefully on the sand

where light cannot penetrate the darkness.
